-The questions presented for our decision herein arise upon the pleadings.

Plaintiff filed a petition asserting that it is the unqualified owner and entitled to possession of certain described personal property of the value of $875.73. Plaintiff also asserted that it has sustained damage by reason of the loss of the use of said property in the sum of $250. The prayer of the petition, as amended, was that a writ of replevin issue, that plaintiff have judgment for the property, or its value, and damages for its wrongful detention.
