The opinion of the Court was delivered by Action by the Mack Manufacturing Company on a bond executed by Bowe Page and the Massachusetts Bonding Insurance Company to the city of Greenville.

The object of the action is to recover some $12,000 for brick supplied by the Mack Company to Bowe Page to pave the streets of the city of Greenville.
