This is an action to quiet title to certain property on Daufuskie Island. We granted certiorari to review the Court of Appeals’ decision in Yarbrough v. Collins, 290 S. C. 76, 348 S. E. (2d) 194 (Ct. App. 1986). We now reverse and remand the matter to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with this decision.
