This case is here on leave to ■ appeal granted by this court to review a judgment of the Appellate Court for the First District. 315 Ill. App. 328.

On April 10, 1940, appellants filed a complaint in the circuit court of Cook county. The purpose of the suit was to obtain an injunction against appellees to prevent them from interfering with appellant, John Naprawa, doing the janitor work in a building claimed to be owned by appellants.
