INGRAHAM, District Judge.

This is a suit for treble damages and injunctive relief brought under Sections 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 15, 26. Defendants, Aluminum Company of America and Crown Central Petroleum Corporation, filed a motion for summary judgment, or in the alternative, under Rule 12(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for an order dismissing the action. No answer to the complaint has been filed by the defendants. Plaintiffs, Woods Exploration Company, Stanley C. Woods, and Southeastern Pipeline Company, then filed a motion to strike the defendants’ motions.…
