COFFIN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment dismissing plaintiff-appellant’s civil antitrust complaint. Appellant, George R. Whitten, Jr., Inc. [Whit-ten] is in the business of designing and manufacturing swimming pool gutters and accessory equipment and of serving as general contractor for the construction of entire swimming pool facilities. Appellees are three affiliated corpora tions [hereinafter, singly Paddock] 1 which engage in the same business.
