This is an appeal from an order and judgment of the district court dissolving a temporary injunction issued ex par-te against J. E. Gill and the Texas Tire & Rubber Company, restraining them from making certain alleged alterations in a building' owned by Mrs. Mayer, located on the corner of Third and Houston streets, city of Ft. Worth, which she had rented to said Gill and others in April, 1918. The lease contract provided, among other things, that—
“No alterations shall be made in said premises without the consent of the said lessor or hen agents.”
