MEMORANDUM
BONSAL, District Judge.
Plaintiff Irving Miller moves, pursuant to Rules 21, 15(a), and 4(i) (1) (D), F.R.Civ.P., to join as additional party defendant, Milton Berzin, to amend his complaint, and to serve the amended complaint on Berzin.
