The Lucile Salter Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford (“the Hospital”) petitions to set aside the decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “Board”) adopting the administrative law judge’s (“ALJ”) determination that the Hospital violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA” or “Act”) by enforcing its ban on nonem-ployee solicitation in a manner that discriminated against unions.
