MEMORANDUM OPINION

BRINKEMA, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a Virginia inmate proceeding pro se, filed this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that defendant violated his Eighth Amendment right to adequate medical care. Now before the Court is defendant’s Motion to Dismiss and plaintiffs Motion for Plaintiffs Institutional Medical Records.
