Jeanne M. Wages (“Wages”) appeals from the district court’s post-judgment order denying her “Motion to Alter or Amend Order Filed October 26, 1987 and Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint.” She seeks review of the district court’s 1) refusal to allow her to file an amended complaint in her pro se action against individual employees of the Internal Revenue Service (“the IRS”); and 2) award of attorney’s fees as sanctions under Fed.R.Civ.P.…
