MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GORDON, Chief Judge.

This case was noticed for hearing on October 27, 1980, in the United States Courthouse, Greensboro, North Carolina. Pursuant to the notice, the motion of the plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for partial summary judgment against National Executive Planners, Ltd. (“NEP”) and five individual defendants was heard.
