From St. Joseph. Superior Court; George Ford, Judge. Action by Frank Wieczorek against Frank Horka and another. From a judgment for plaintiff, the defendants appeal.

The appellee filed in the St. Joseph Superior Court a complaint in one paragraph, which, omitting caption, is as follows: “The plaintiff complains of the defendants and alleges: That on the - day of August, 1910, one Frank Horka and Dora Horka, were indebted to this plaintiff in the sum of Eight Hundred ( * * * ) Dollars. That on said day the said *389Frank Wieezorek paid said sum of money to said defendants for the use and benefit of this plaintiff, and said defendants then and there promised and agreed to pay said sum to this plaintiff.”

Appellants each filed a separate answer m general denial.…
