This is an action brought by appellee as administrator of the estate of Frederick Euler, deceased, to revoke and set aside the final settlement and current reports of appellant as guardian of said decedent, and to recover judgment against such guardian for the funds received by him. The complaint was in two paragraphs. The first paragraph was dismissed, and hence it and the pleadings addressed thereto need not be considered.
