This appeal arises out of statutory proceedings instituted by appellants in the District Court to'enjoin the enforcement of a compensation award made by a deputy commissioner under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (44 Stat. 1424 [33 USCA §§ 901-950]). Rothschild So Co. is a corporation engaged in the business of stevedoring. The Ocean Accident So Guarantee Company, Limited, is the stevedoring company’s insurance carrier.
