OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Glenn Wyatt, appeals the decision of the Clermont County Municipal Court denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained from a breathalyzer test. We affirm the decision of the trial court.
{¶ 2} On July 8, 2007, Trooper Rose of the Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested appellant for driving while under the influence of alcohol ("OVI") in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a) and 4511.19(A)(1)(d). Thereafter, Trooper Rose transported appellant to the Goshen Township Police Department where he submitted to a breath test conducted by Officer Tim Budai.
