The plaintiffs in this matter, Hugo A. Azcano Carrillo and Saul Molina Chaviva (collectively, “the plaintiffs”), allege that the defendants, Dandan, Inc., George Dan-dan, and Tony Kayal (collectively, “the defendants”), violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1), the District of Columbia Minimum Wage Act (“DCMWA”), D.C.
