Background
Plaintiffs Celio Neptali Lliguiehuzhca and Carlos Lliguiehuzhca brought this action alleging that defendants Cinema 60, LLC, Steven Galanis, and Anastasios Man-ikes (collectively, “defendants”) violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and the New York Labor Law (“NYLL”). The Court held a bench trial in this matter on March 4 and 5, 2013.
