—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which, inter alia, revoked petitioner’s parole.
Petitioner was found guilty of violating the condition of his parole release which prohibited travel outside the five boroughs of New York City or beyond the borders of Westchester and Dutchess Counties without the permission of his parole officer.
