Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the State Board of Parole which revoked petitioner’s parole.
In 1981, petitioner was convicted of three counts of the crime of robbery in the first degree and sentenced to a prison term of 6 to 18 years. Petitioner was released on parole in 1988 and assigned a parole officer to whom he was to report on a quarterly basis.
