In this post-award bid protest case, pending before the court are motions filed by *759plaintiff Alabama Aircraft Industries, Inc.Birmingham (“Alabama Aircraft”) (formerly known as Pemco Aeroplex, Inc. (“Pemco”)) for discovery and to supplement the administrative record.2 Several prior protests preceded this action.
