EVELYN V. KEYES, Justice.

In cause number 967717, a jury convicted appellant, Sedric Earl Cole, of unlawful possession of codeine 1 and, finding two enhancement paragraphs true, sentenced him to 50 years’ confinement and a fine of $10,000. In cause number 967718, the same jury convicted appellant of unlawful possession of marihuana 2 and, finding two enhancement paragraphs true, sentenced him to 20 years’ confinement and a $10,000 fine.
