OPINION

JOHN S. ANDERSON, Justice.

Appellant, Ovide Duncantell, appeals his conviction for the misdemeanor offense of interference with the duties of a public servant. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 38.15(a)(1) (Vernon 2003). We affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Houston Police Officer R.C. Haney was the first witness to testify. According to Officer Haney, late in the evening of February 17, 2004, he and his probationary officer partner, J.
