OPINION
JANE BLAND, Justice.
The State charged appellant, Joseph Isaac Batiste, with possession of methamphetamine, in an amount greater than one gram but less than four. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.116(c) (Vernon 2003). A jury found him guilty and sentenced him to five years’ imprisonment. On appeal, Batiste contends (1) the evidence is legally insufficient to sustain his conviction; (2) the trial court erred in allowing extraneous offense evidence; and (8) if error was not preserved as to the extraneous offense evidence, then Batiste received ineffective assistance of counsel at…
