The opinion of the Court was delivered by Action for damages on account of a personal injury sustained by the plaintiff, an employee of the Director General, resulting from alleged negligence, willfulness and recklessness of the defendants, at Florence, S.C. on July 22, 1919. The case came on for trial at the summer term of the Court of common pleas at Florence before Hon. W.C. Cothran, Special Judge, and a jury. At the conclusion of the evidence for the plaintiff, the presiding judge, upon motion of the defendants, ordered a nonsuit, and from the judgment entered thereupon…
