This action was brought by the plaintiff for the recovery of damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by him on June 5, 1934, while employed by the defendant, Fiske-Carter Construction Company, as a water boy.
The defendant was engaged at the time in the building and construction of an addition to the McLeod Infirmary, in the City of Florence. It was the duty of the plaintiff to carry buckets of drinking water to other laborers and carpenters who were engaged in work upon the building, on its second floor. In…
