Plaintiff John D. Krider appeals the district court’s summary judgment in favor of the defendant Board of Trustees of *245Coffeyville Community College (Board), contending the Board’s violation of the Kansas Open Meetings Act, K.S.A. 75-4317 et seq., voided a notice of nonrenewal of his teaching contract.
