KAUFMAN, J.

The Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) awarded death benefits to the widow of Homer Joe Barry, and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board denied reconsideration of the award, adopting the specifi cation of evidence and reasons of the WCJ in his report and recommendation. Skip Fordyce, Incorporated, the affected employer, and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, the alleged carrier, seek a writ of review.
