The judgment herein refused probate to a will of the decedent, Ida Teed, executed on January 25, 1949, -on the -ground of' mental, incompetency. The. decedent, a maiden lady aged about 93 years, died on January 31, 1949. The trial court found that there was no undue influence and no fraud. The appellant Helen Hough is a grandniece of Miss Teeed; appellant Mabel Croy is a niece; appellant Childrens Hospital is a beneficiary under the will of January 25, 1949.
