Appellants, The Ohio Casualty Group, West American Insurance Company, Dennis R. Ghram and Jeff Mclnturf (sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as “Ohio Casualty”) appeal the trial court’s judgment in favor of Appellee, Joe Dan Risinger, Individually and as Next Friend for Regina Ri-singer (“Risinger”), in a suit to collect on a $60,000 default judgment against Ohio Casualty’s insured under a liability insurance policy.
