I. INTRODUCTION

This case involves disputes surrounding Plaintiffs Darlene McWreath, Robert McBride, Karen Lundin and Deborah McWreath’s (“Plaintiffs”) ownership of a percentage of subsurface oil and gas rights underlying real property located in Washington County, Pennsylvania and certain agreements they have with Defendant Range Resources Appalachia, LLC (“Range”).
