Pending before the court is Defendant’s “Motion for Rule 35 Examination,” filed August 31, 2000. (Document #35.) On September 15, 2000, Plaintiff responded opposing Defendant’s Motion, and on September 25, 2000, Defendant replied. (Document ## 47, 53.)
