OPINION
RANSOM, Justice.
1. State Farm Insurance Company appeals from a summary judgment, on stipulated facts, granting uninsured motorist benefits to its insured, Charles P. Shope, whose son Joseph was killed by an uninsured motorist in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The district court found that the insurance eon-tract between the parties was a Virginia contract that should be interpreted under Virginia law.
