MOORE, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
Before the Court is Toyota Motor Corporation’s [“Toyota Motor” or “defendant”] motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2). Defendant argues that it does not transact any business under the local long-arm statute and that it does not have the sufficient minimum contacts with this jurisdiction to satisfy the due process clause of the Constitution. Since I find that the plaintiff has made a prima facie showing that Toyota Motor transacts business and does have sufficient contacts with this jurisdiction, I will deny…
