The record discloses that this case was submitted to the jury at 12:35 p. m. and at 4:22 p. m. the jury returned to the courtroom with a completed verdict. That is, after deliberating for the time indicated, the jury had made answer to each question of the special verdict. In the verdict as then returned, the jury in its answer to question No. 4 had assessed plaintiff’s damages in the sum of $6,000.
