JENSEN, District Judge.

On May 28, 1993, the Court heard the following post-trial motions in this case: Defendant’s motions for a new trial, to alter or amend the verdict, and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict; and plaintiffs’ motions for compensatory damages, judgment, and attorneys’ fees.
