INTRODUCTION

The Institute for Shipboard Education (“ISE”), on behalf of its insurer Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association (Bermuda) Ltd. (“P & I Club”), commenced this action in the Southern District of New York against Cigna Worldwide Insurance Company (“Cig-na”) seeking indemnification and contribution for the $1.2 million settlement of an underlying wrongful death action.
