THIS MATTER comes before the Court on various motions by the plaintiff and the defendants. Plaintiff Amgen Inc. (“Amgen”) moves to compel answers to interrogatories and requests for admission. Defendant Elanex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Elanex”) moves to schedule a discovery conference regarding the scope of discovery and requests that this Court enter its proposed protective order. Amgen moves to disqualify the attorneys selected by defendant Merckle GMBH (“Merckle”). Finally, Elanex moves to stay discovery until after this Court rules on Elanex’s summary judgment…
