This matter is before the Court for a hearing on the Defendant’s Motion to Disqualify Counsel (# 6). The Court has considered the Defendant’s Motion, the Plaintiffs’ Opposition (# 7), and the Defendant’s Reply (# 8).
BACKGROUND
