Plaintiff Joseph V. Libretti appeals the district court decision dismissing his Fourth Amendment claims on the basis of qualified immunity. At issue is whether Defendant Steven Woodson, an agent of the Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”), 1 violated Libretti’s clearly established constitutional rights.
