This is the second time this court has been called upon to decide whether or not the exclusion of pregnancy related disabili ties from a company paid sick leave and benefit plan constitutes a violation of the District of Columbia Human Rights Law. 1 On the previous occasion, we answered that question in the negative, Group Hospitalization, Inc. v.
