Appellant AVanda Kay Cohen contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on her premises liability claim in favor of appellees, Landry’s Restaurants, Inc., Landry’s Crab Shack, Inc., and Landry’s Seafood Inn & Oyster Bar-Kemah, Inc. (collectively referred to as “Landry’s”).
