This case arises out of a dispute between the buyer and the seller of a pipeline system over the scope of a contractual indemnity in' the purchase agreement. The main issue is whether a claim asserted in a separate lawsuit falls within the indemnity, thus requiring the buyer to indemnify the seller for the claim. The trial court granted the buyer’s summary-judgment motion and denied the seller’s summary-judgment motion.
