McNAUGHTON, District Judge.
On February 28, 192'5, the Idaho Trust Company filed its complaint against William Eastman and wife, J. G. Wright and Heston & Miller, charging that on January 21, 1922, the Eastmans, for a valuable consideration, by warranty deed, conveyed to plaintiff the land involved, and claims that by virtue thereof plaintiff became and is the owner.
