TYSON, Judge.

John S. Rice (“plaintiff’) appeals from an order granting Loretta E Rice’s (“defendant”) motion for summary judgment, and denying plaintiff’s motions for paternity testing, joinder of an additional party, and denial of relief pursuant to Rule 60. We affirm the trial court’s order.

I.Facts
