INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Oscar Mora (“Plaintiff’), pro se and incarcerated at Attica Correctional Facility (“Attica”), brings this action against three Attica employees—W. Hughes (“Hughes”), Deputy of Security; J. Rao (“Dr. Rao”), a doctor; and A. Haynes (“Haynes”), a nurse (collectively, “Defendants”)—pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Defendants were deliberately indifferent to his serious medical needs in violation of the Eighth Amendment.
