PER CURIAM.. Complainant in this cause (appellee here) on December 28, 1960, filed her bill of complaint in the Law and Equity Court of Crenshaw County, in equity, against appellant, seeking a divorce and also a custodial award of her two minor children, one of whom is a boy 12 years of age and the other a girl 14 years of age, or were at the time suit was filed. From a decree granting complainant a divorce, a vinculo, from appellant and awarding her the custody of the two children, respondent appeals.
