The defendant appeals from a judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff holding the defendant personally liable on a contract. The defendant claims that the court erred (1) in finding the defendant personally liable, (2) in granting the plaintiffs motion to strike the defendant’s special defense, and (3) in denying the defendant’s motion to substitute a party defendant. We find no error.
