In an action, inter alia, pursuant to article 22 of the General Business Law, defendants appeal, as limited by their briefs, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Meade, J.), dated April 14,1981, as denied their motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Order reversed, insofar as appealed from, on the law, with one bill of $50 costs and disbursements payable jointly to appellants appearing separately and filing separate briefs, motions granted and complaint dismissed.
