Plaintiff, Bonanza International, Inc. (“Bonanza”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada and having its principal place of business in Texas, filed the above captioned civil action against defendants, Restaurant Management Consultants, Inc. (“RMC”), a Louisiana corporation with its principal place of business in Louisiana, Michael Kiene and Paul Kiene, both domiciliaries of Louisiana, seeking the recovery of unpaid royalties from sales by Bonanza Family Restaurants in the southern Louisiana area.
